Unhappiness with purchase
The cardigan that I ordered for $70 was not at all as it was represented in the pictures. The size was off considerably and the design is completely different from advertised.
There is no receipt in the package and no directions on how I can get my money back. Craig Smith

I ordered a Viking tree of life dress that looked like it was embroidered and was edged in lace with multi colors of a boho look. It stated it was linen.
It took forever to get, and when I got it, it was some cheap nylon/rayon with a printed picture on it. It was blurry also. It had no lace, and it wasn't linen. It was a tank-type dress.
I tried to take it back with no luck. They only wanted to give me a 20% discount. I paid almost $50.00, including shipping. They only wanted to give me $7.60, which is what that 20% comes out to.
Oh, they said I can keep the dress? For what?
It's not wearable! It's uglier than our governor entering a beauty pageant!

The items you buy bear zero relation to what is advertised. I bought three floaty linen women's bohemian style tops advertised as 85% cotton for $36 each and received synthetic garbage.
The style was not even the same. They are so ugly I would not even foist them on Goodwill. I wish I had been smart and checked this website for reviews before purchasing.
Total scam. Don't fall for it!

Everything's made with high quality.But you can't contact customer service when they don't send you one of the shirts you paid for. it's long distance international calling they don't answer the phone yet.They charge you.

I purchased 4 tops; the description was not accurate. It read 'fiber art,' but the picture shows embroidered.
When I received the tops, the quality was so bad I won't wear them. I've been in touch with them many times since April through email to no satisfaction! I have asked for 'customer service authorization,' but have received nothing. Their return policy reads:
'Any return request without 'customer service authorization' will not be processed.
For returns, please contact our customer service for a return label.
Once we approve your return, we will send you a return label or gift card equal to the value of your order.' They keep emailing me the following:
'We will help you urge the relevant departments to handle it for you as soon as possible.' What???
I still have not heard from them.
I have requested a return label but have not received one due to the hold-up of the 'relevant department.' Meanwhile, I am out $80+!
Do not be misled by the descriptions or pictures on this website. These clothes are so cheaply made, I don't think you would want to wear them in public!

The items were nothing like pictured or advertised. Frankly they are awful prints on low quality materials.
Expensive at best for poorly made garments. I wouldn't be seen in these in public. Not even good for pajamas. Probably wouldn't be picked up by homeless at a donation center.
Simply awful. Dont waste your money.

I ordered a pair of Funbibi sweatpants. They were advertised as cotton.
The pants took over a month to get here. When I opened the package, they were cheaply made polyester. I complained to the company. They insisted I take pictures to show what was wrong.
I took a picture of the label on the inside where it read 'Polyester.' I sent this email only to find that my email address had been blocked.
These people are crooks. Don't buy anything from them!

Don’t order to begin with. Don’t make the mistake of believing you are buying what they show in photos. You won’t be.
Photos depict dimension and embroidery in design. They, in fact, are more like flat, iron-on decals on polyester.
Not fit to wear to the barn. Delivery was shoved down in the weeds under my gate.
No attempt at all to deliver to the residence. Never order!

Total scam!!! They show beautiful pictures but you get cheap ugly polyester clothes I wouldn't buy for 1 dollar. I wasted 100.00.
They completely misrepresent their products. They show beautiful images of clothes but they send garbage I'd be too embarrassed to give to the homeless.
